Previous Projects

Our previous projects include photon-enhanced thermionic emission and metal oxide electrocatalysis. They focused on novel solutions to the energy problem. Supported by energy research groups, as well as extensive facilities and infrastructure at Stanford and SLAC, we have worked on new concepts for solar electricity generation, and improved our microscopic understanding of electrochemical processes crucial for exploiting cleaner hydrocarbon fuels and enabling artificial photosynthesis.
